Every time I call to schedule a dental appointment im on hold more than 10 minutes and then told to call back to schedule an appointment because they're booked when I could have been told this at the beginning of the call istead of waiting on hold 20 minutes.

Assistant Shelby And A New Dentist Named Dr. Franklin Was Awesome. Shelby does her job very well. Goes above and beyond! Dr Franklin Takes his time and is gonna talk you through it, he’s also gonna make sure you’re comfortable. Very honest man and wants the BEST outcome. Gentle, understanding with a good heart. I just called to make an appointment spoke with a young lady by the name of BREE . So pleasant to speak with she really helped to get the best appointment times for my family. I’m sure we all know the back to school rush on appointments are hard to get but she made the best of what could have been a delayed and critical moment for myself.
